Mamimi - FLCL

I guess you could call this 'Oekaki' it's yet another msnmessenger doodle I did for a friend of mine. :B I love drawing in that program because it's very limited so you get a lot of details about the drawing, distinctions. For example, this was done in purple because I see Mamimi as a purple character, I did two other drawings tonight, one of Kamomo (I think that's his name, Naota's dad) which ended up being green mainly because he's wearing some camo clothes (otherwise he probably would've been orange) and one of Naota himself, red for the 'action pose' he was in. Any other time I'd say he had been blue.

Anyway, apart from my usual rant, the drawing took about a half hour and I oviously used a reference (or obvious to anyone who's seen the original anyway) but I did end up changing a couple of things here and there, I particularly like the fact that the gun ended up looking like I wanted. Like if it was laying on the ground in front of Mamimi closer to the 'camera'.

That's about it, I did two versions of this one 'shaded' and one not, if anyone wants to see the other (and the other two drawings) check my scraps.

P.S.: Wtf, I wanted to have the title in hiragana and katakana but the stupid thing refused it. *Sigh* Well, here it is:　まみみ　～　ﾌﾘｸﾘ G'nite all.
